With over 30 years’ experience across recruitment, investor relations, marketing and leadership, Katharine has a mix of commercial sharpness, emotional intelligence, and real-life experience to every brief.
Katharine began her career straight from school, learning early how to build trust, get under the skin of a business, and match the right person to the right environment. That instinct remains at the heart of her approach, alongside research, clarity, and genuine care for both client and candidate.
She works closely with founder-led and owner-managed businesses, often during moments of change, growth, restructure, succession or first-time hiring. Her recruitment spans everything from C-suite to operations, sales, marketing, and executive support. No two roles are the same, and Katharine treats each with the curiosity and detail it deserves.
What sets her apart is her broader view. As a current Chairman of The Friends of Tetbury Hospital, NED at Six MHA, and former Trustee of Tetbury Hospital Trust, she brings board-level thinking and strategic insight to her work.
Her earlier roles include senior leadership in investor relations at BNP Paribas and Citigroup, as well as brand development for luxury travel firm Red Savannah. She also ran her own successful retail business for over 10 years.
Alongside recruitment, Katharine offers one-to-one career support and coaching, helping individuals navigate career change, prepare for interviews, and reframe their professional story with confidence.
Based in the Cotswolds and London but working nationally, Katharine continues to support clients and candidates with the same drive that’s shaped her whole career: to do good work, with good people, that makes a lasting difference.
